Very healing and nourishing and fast to make.
8 ounces purified water
1 avocado
handful dulse - drop in blender with the water to soften a minute
handful of organic spinach
Blend. If want it cold then add some ice or if you want it warm or hot blend for a couple minutes. The dulse gives it a great flavor but if you want feel free to season with some herbamare, sea salt or herbal blend.

Moroccan Avocado Wild Orange Smoothie
This recipe idea originally came from a Moroccan cookbook but I changed it out to make it all allergy friendly for my girl. It is a big hit here and when I made it at the class I taught at Bosch last Tuesday night everyone loved it. It is super easy and fast and makes a great breakfast or after dinner dessert.
5-6 Dates
5-6 Dates
1-2 Drops of DoTERRA Wild Orange Oil or 1 tsp Orange Blossom Water
1 large ripe avocado peeled and pitted
1 quart Almond milk
1 - 2 TBSP sugar or raw honey (start with one and taste then add if needed)
2 handfuls crushed ice
Combine everything in blender until smooth. Make sure dates are well blended : )

Coconut Sweet Potato Curry Soup
This is another favorite in my house and will be me after cleansing meal on Saturday for dinner. We serve with a side of cultured vegetables or a side salad. Easy, fast and healthy.
2 large yams or sweet potatoes - peel if not organic
2 Organic Carrots
1 Organic Granny Smith Apple
1 can Natural Value Coconut Milk (This brand doesn't have guar gum in it)
2-4 cups water depending on how thick you like it
2 TBSP Curry Powder, I also like to use Sweet Curry Powder
2 cubes Vegetable Boullian
Herbamare or Real Salt to taste
Ground Chia Seed - add after heating about 1/2 to 1 TBSP per bowl
Throw everything in the Blendtec or Vitamix and blend until smooth. You can blend until hot or put in a pot and bring to a simmer just for a minute. Sprinkle chia seed to soup, I grind mine in the coffee grinder. Season to taste with herbamare.

Cultured Italian Baby Carrots, Onions and Beets
2 beets chopped
1/2 Onion chopped up
1 TBSP Grandma Sandino’s Herbal Dip and Spread Mix or Italian Seasoning 2 tsp real salt or herbamare
2 cabbage leaves for pushing and holding vegetables down in brine
Wash, chop and mix all vegetables together in a big bowl. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup water with 1 whole packet culture starter and 1 scoop ecobloom or sugar and let sit for 20 min. Take a handful and blend with water to make a brine and add to jar, add culture water. Stuff the vegetables into a jar and press them down hard, while pressing the vegetables will push the brine up over them, if you need more liquid add some water to cover then use some your cabbage leaves to hold veggies down and close. Set on counter or fridge for 3 - 5 days and then put in fridge. Should stay good up to 8 mths. Everytime I culture water leaks out somehow and it smells strong the first day or 2. I always put a towel under the jar and switch it out each day. After cultured you can add more spice or salt if needed.
